Becton Dickinson’s SCV App

Overview:

Not able to share too much about this project, but Becton Dickinson had us take a look at their specimen collection workflow in their facilities and we had an incredible time being able to help bring some order to what was a bit of a convoluted process. This project went far beyond the screen… Things like optimizing printed labels, nurse and phlebotomist information gathering, and the ordering of operations were all things we had to help shape and make sure that the patient’s safety, care, and privacy were all paramount.
