Becton Dickinson’s Health Coach
Overview:
Becton Dickinson hired us to take a look at how we could better aid customers with creating better eating habits on their journeys to better health. This meant talking to both patients and medical staff to understand the types of conversations that are typically had during appointments. We also needed to get a feel for the content they had available to them, since a big desire was to be able to produce recommended dietary articles, recipes, and helpful tips along the way.
We also heard that people wanted to engage with their health coach in more scenarios outside of their diet. Exercise, appointment recaps, and a centralized profile were all big asks that we wanted to give a flavor of in this first batch of designs - even if they didn’t make the chopping block for the first version of the product!
